Andrew is an Environmental Consultant, who manages the GIS and data management components of Earth Systems’ projects and land and water resource use impact study components of environmental and social impact assessments. Andrew has been involved in a number of hydropower and mining impact assessments and environmental and social studies including, Pak Beng and Pak Lay hydropower Initial Environmental Examination projects; SLACO Bauxite Project EIA and SIA, and most recently, the Sepon Copper expansion SIA. He is proficient at a variety of GIS and remote sensing software applications and has highly developed skills in spatial analysis and spatial data management. Most recently he was Project Manager for a community-wide socioeconomic census for the LXML Sepon gold-copper mine. |
