Summary

Tom holds a Bachelor of Business International Trade from Monash University and a Masters of Social Science – Environment and Planning from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Tom previously worked for the Victorian Government’s Department of Sustainability and Environment and Victorian Catchment Management Council supporting the development and implementation of environmental policy and programmes. He has 3 years experience working in Laos. At IUCN - the World Conservation Union, he supported the organisation’s environmental governance, protected areas, water and agrobiodiversity programmes and devleoped partnerships with businesses to advance sustainable development in the Mekong region. At ESL, Tom manages the conduct of environmental and social assessments and technical assistance programs.
